These terms govern online product sales and optional memberships provided by Buycott. Buycott is located in Hong Kong SAR and can be contacted at help@buycott.kr.
Customers must provide accurate information and protect their account. An order is formed after payment authorisation and confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order for stock, pricing, or delivery errors.
Prices and charges are in USD. Product price, discounts, points, shipping, and final total are shown before purchase. After live integration, Stripe processes card information; Buycott does not store full card numbers or CVCs.
Member costs USD 100 initially and USD 100 monthly. Plus costs USD 1,000 initially and USD 1,000 monthly. There is no free trial. We send a reminder 7 days before renewal. Cancel through My Page or support before the next charge; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and prevents further billing.
Plus receives a one-time 1,000 points credit after its first successful payment. Points may cover up to 30% of a product payment, expire after 365 days, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn.

Fraudulent payments, stolen cards, system abuse, and cash conversion of points are prohibited. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Material changes to terms or prices are notified before taking effect. Hong Kong SAR law governs, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country.
