We may collect account data, contact details, order and delivery information, membership and point history, support messages, IP address, browser, cookies, and access times.
We use data to operate accounts, process payments and orders, deliver goods, renew memberships, handle returns and refunds, support customers, prevent fraud, secure the service, and meet legal duties. Marketing is sent only with separate consent.
After live integration, Stripe processes card data for payment, fraud prevention, and compliance. Buycott does not store full card numbers or CVCs. No real card is charged while checkout is labelled Test Mode.
Necessary data may be handled by Stripe, carriers, hosting, email, and security providers. Data may be processed in Hong Kong or other countries where providers operate, protected by contractual and security measures.
Account data is normally deleted within 30 days after closure. Order, payment, and refund records are retained for legally required periods; security logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and portability where applicable. We verify identity and respond within the legally required time.
Essential cookies support login, cart, and security. We use HTTPS, encryption, and access controls. The service is not directed to children who cannot legally make purchases.
