What currency is used?

Product prices, member prices, membership fees, and the final charge are displayed in USD.

Do memberships renew automatically?

Yes. Member renews at USD 100 and Plus at USD 1,000 each month on the original billing date. We send a reminder 7 days before billing. Cancel before the next charge to prevent renewal.

Are the Plus 1,000 points issued monthly?

No. They are issued once after the first successful Plus payment. Points may cover up to 30% of a product payment.

Where and how quickly do you deliver?

We deliver only to countries and addresses available at checkout. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch; product- or destination-specific information takes priority.

How do I return an item?

Email help@buycott.kr within 7 days of delivery with the order number and reason. Do not return an item before approval.

Will the current test card be charged?

No. When checkout is labelled Stripe Test Mode, no real card charge occurs.
